A: Most U.S. orders ship within 24 hours of being placed and arrive in 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your package leaves our warehouse.
A: You can return any product within 30 days for a full refund. Items should be unused with original tags or packaging where applicable. Email support@greatpeaksoutdoor.com to start a return.
A: We currently only ship within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping isn't available yet — we're working on expanding.
A: Every item we sell carries a 1-year manufacturing-defect warranty. If anything goes wrong, email support with your order number and we'll make it right — repair, replacement or refund.

A: Yes. Every product in the shop is handpicked and field-tested by people who actually use it. We don't carry catalog filler — if it can't hold up on the trail, we don't list it.

A: We offer bulk pricing on orders of 5 or more identical items. Email us with your group details and we'll send a quote within 1 business day.
A: Care instructions are listed on the product label. In general: spot-clean with mild soap and cool water, air dry away from direct sun, and store dry. Avoid the dryer for any technical fabrics.
A: Check the Tech Specs section above for temperature and season ratings. Most of our 3-season gear handles down to roughly 30°F; for sub-freezing trips look for our 4-season tagged items.
