At Greatpeaks Outdoor, we know gear only earns its place once you've put it to the test. If something isn't right for you, we've made returns refreshingly simple so you can shop with complete confidence.

You Have 60 Days

You can request a return within 60 days of your delivery date, plenty of time to check everything over and make sure it fits the adventures you had in mind.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible, items need to be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

No Restocking Fees, Ever

We never charge restocking fees. The price you paid is the price you get back on eligible returns.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy. Just email us at support@greatpeaksoutdoor.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service so your package can be followed all the way back to us.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size, colour, or model? Exchanges are available on request, just let us know when you reach out.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we process your refund within 7 business days. Keep in mind your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to complete the transfer to your account.
